Andrew Swailes

Andrew Swailes - our first Spirit of Sigma Chi Scholarship recipient - will graduate in May of 2017.  Andrew is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and is very active in the house, participating in the skit and dance activities during Homecoming and Greek Week, as well as the community. He volunteers for several organizations such as Polar Plunge, Special Olympics, Joplin Tornado Clean-up and the Harvesters Food Bank.

As of Fall 2018:

I graduated from Mizzou in the spring of 2017. I’m living in Overland Park, KS. I’m working at Smith & Loveless in Lenexa, KS as the Pump Station Bidder for the Municipal Division. Basically, I help customers from cities across the US develop a waste water pump station that fits their needs and their budget.
